Alamo Group Acquires Royal Truck & Equipment

Alamo Group Inc. acquired 100% of the outstanding equity of Royal Truck & Equipment, a Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of truck-mounted highway attenuator trucks and other highway safety equipment. The acquisition adds a new platform for Alamo in the highway safety equipment market and is expected to accelerate Royal Truck's growth amid increased government infrastructure spending.

Alamo Group Acquires Ring-O-Matic

Alamo Group Inc. completed the acquisition of Ring-O-Matic, Inc., a Pella, Iowa-based manufacturer of trailer-mounted and truck-mounted vacuum excavation equipment. The deal, funded with Alamo Group's cash on hand, adds Ring-O-Matic's hydro-excavation and sewer/storm drain cleaning product lines to Alamo's equipment portfolio to drive product offering expansion and cost/revenue synergies.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires Ault Industries

Alta Equipment Group (Livonia, Michigan) has acquired Ault Industries, a privately held Canadian equipment distributor with locations in Ontario and Quebec, for a total purchase price of $36.0 million. The acquisition expands Alta's construction equipment footprint into Canada (Toronto and Montreal markets), adds an exclusive McCloskey distributorship, and is expected to be accretive to the company's cash flow conversion and earnings per share.

Consolidated Equipment Group Acquires Agile Manufacturing Group

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires Ambrose Equipment

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Ambrose Equipment, LLC, a family-owned equipment distributor and LeeBoy asphalt equipment dealer based in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Alta's footprint to 39 locations across 10 states; Ambrose generated approximately $35 million of revenue and $3.1 million of adjusted EBITDA on a trailing-twelve-month basis. The asset purchase is expected to close before year-end, with terms to be disclosed upon closing.
