Alamo Group Inc. acquired 100% of the outstanding equity of Royal Truck & Equipment, a Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of truck-mounted highway attenuator trucks and other highway safety equipment. The acquisition adds a new platform for Alamo in the highway safety equipment market and is expected to accelerate Royal Truck's growth amid increased government infrastructure spending.

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Ambrose Equipment, LLC, a family-owned equipment distributor and LeeBoy asphalt equipment dealer based in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Alta's footprint to 39 locations across 10 states; Ambrose generated approximately $35 million of revenue and $3.1 million of adjusted EBITDA on a trailing-twelve-month basis. The asset purchase is expected to close before year-end, with terms to be disclosed upon closing.
