Sinclair & Rush Acquires Protoco Enterprises

Arnold, Missouri-based Sinclair & Rush, Inc. has acquired Protoco Enterprises, LLC, a family-owned dip and injection molding and vacuum-formed storage and organization products manufacturer headquartered in North Plains, Oregon. The acquisition expands Sinclair & Rush's manufacturing capabilities and resources to support Protoco's customers and preserve its product lines; financial terms were not disclosed.

Inno-Pak (Emerald Lake-backed) Acquires Albany Packaging

Inno-Pak LLC, a portfolio company of Emerald Lake Capital Management, has acquired Albany Packaging Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of folding paperboard cartons. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Inno-Pak's North American manufacturing footprint and paperboard capacity, strengthening its capabilities in foodservice, grocery and convenience-store packaging.

Nelipak Acquires Merrill's Packaging

Nelipak Corporation has completed the acquisition of Merrill's Packaging, a custom thermoformed packaging specialist with production sites in Burlingame, California and Alajuela, Costa Rica. The deal expands Nelipak's healthcare packaging capabilities—adding custom thermoforming, ISO 13485-certified cleanroom capacity and complementary design, tooling and pouch/mounting-card capabilities.

Flexpak, LLC Acquires Preferred Packaging Products, Inc.
