The deal brings enhanced turning, milling, design consultation and prototyping capabilities into Canerector's network and was completed with Promac's former owner, Sean Monaghan, supporting the transition.

MSCP will partner with Prescott's management team, led by CEO Brian Straeb, to scale the business organically and via acquisitions to build a best-in-class outsourced clinical engineering platform.
