Canerector Acquires Promac Industries Inc.

ADC Aerospace Acquires Cast-Rite Corporation

Charter Manufacturing Acquires Niles Iron & Metal Company

Charter Manufacturing, a family-owned metals manufacturing group headquartered in Mequon, Wisconsin, has acquired Niles Iron & Metal Company, a regional scrap metal recycler based in Niles, Ohio. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as exclusive financial advisor to Niles Iron in the transaction, which brings together two multi-generation, family-owned metals businesses to capture operational synergies across the Midwest and Northeast.

Linamar Corporation Acquires Georg Fischer's Leipzig Casting Facility

Linamar Corporation completed its acquisition of Georg Fischer's Leipzig ductile iron casting facility for €45 million, a deal first announced on October 7, 2025. The founder, Eddie Terry, is exiting and will collaborate with Caerus' founder Ben Eugrin as the firm seeks to grow the business and expand services for existing and new customers.
