ORBIS Corporation Acquires Robinson Industries

ORBIS Corporation has acquired Robinson Industries, a thermoforming specialist headquartered in Coleman, Michigan, to expand ORBIS' manufacturing footprint and thermoforming capabilities. Robinson will transition to the ORBIS brand, bringing two Coleman manufacturing facilities and roughly 100 employees; terms were not disclosed.

Veritiv Completes Acquisition of Orora Packaging Solutions

TricorBraun Acquires Packaging Solutions, Inc.

TricorBraun has acquired Minneapolis-based Packaging Solutions, Inc. (PSI), a rigid packaging distributor and custom designer serving pharmaceutical, pet food and personal care markets. The acquisition strengthens TricorBraun’s Minneapolis presence (adding warehouse capacity) and integrates PSI into the TricorBraun platform; PSI’s owners and team will remain and the Packaging Solutions name has been retired. Terms were not disclosed.

Morrison Industries Acquires Envoy Packaging

Morrison Industries, a Lebanon, Tennessee-based manufacturer of custom steel returnable shipping racks, has acquired Envoy Packaging to broaden its packaging footprint. Envoy Packaging will produce expendable, reusable and customizable protective packaging (plastic, foam, dunnage and cardboard), enabling Morrison to offer a fuller line of expendable and returnable packaging solutions to existing and new customers.
