The acquisition is a platform investment for McNally Capital (from its committed buyout vehicle) to expand its capabilities and presence in the national security and intelligence sector.

Atlas Copco Acquires Qolibri Inc.

Atlas Copco has acquired Qolibri Inc., a Roseville, California–based provider of proprietary semiconductor subfab technologies. The small business (four employees; about USD 70,000 revenue in 2021) will become part of Atlas Copco's Semiconductor division within the Vacuum Technique business area to strengthen vacuum and abatement uptime and sustainability; purchase price was not disclosed.

GI Partners Acquires ORBCOMM

OMNI Systems Acquires ITW Labels from Illinois Tool Works

Arcfield Acquires Orion Space Solutions
