Blue Point Capital Partners has acquired Weaver Leather, a Mt. Hope, Ohio-based manufacturer and distributor of branded and non-branded leather, nylon/synthetic, hardware and accessory products, from River Associates Investments. Blue Point partnered with Weaver management (including CEO Jason Weaver) to support organic growth, expand digital and supply-chain capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions as it builds Weaver as a local platform.

Incline said it will support Weaver's growth plan, including geographic expansion via greenfields and M&A, while management (led by CEO Kent Rothwell) remains in place.
