Premier Needle Arts, a Blue Point Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Berroco, Inc., a long-standing family-owned supplier of knitting and crochet yarns, patterns and related products. Berroco will operate as a separate brand within the PNA family, preserving existing management, locations and sales channels to continue serving local yarn shops and e-commerce customers.

Hope, Ohio-based manufacturer and distributor of branded and non-branded leather, nylon/synthetic, hardware and accessory products, from River Associates Investments. Blue Point partnered with Weaver management (including CEO Jason Weaver) to support organic growth, expand digital and supply-chain capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions as it builds Weaver as a local platform.
