BelHealth Investment Partners has completed the sale of VFP Pharmacy Group, one of the largest independent fertility pharmacies in the United States; terms and the buyer were not disclosed. BelHealth acquired VFP in August 2015, executed three add-on acquisitions and grew revenues more than five-fold through organic growth and institutional contracts; Truist Securities acted as exclusive advisor to VFP on the transaction.

Frazier Healthcare Partners Acquires Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS)

Frazier Healthcare Partners has acquired Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS), a provider of pharmacy support services to hospitals and health systems, from NexPhase Capital / Moelis Capital Partners. The transaction was supported by a $270 million senior secured unitranche facility provided by the Antares–Bain Capital Credit joint offering to finance the deal.

Valor Healthcare Acquires Mission Critical Psychological Services

Valor Healthcare, a Dallas-based federal healthcare services provider, has acquired Mission Critical Psychological Services (MCPS), a Chicago-based telehealth behavioral health provider that serves federal agencies, government contractors and first responder populations. The acquisition expands Valor’s behavioral health capabilities—adding pre- and post-deployment psychological assessment, trauma-informed care, and in-mission crisis intervention services to its federal healthcare platform for clients such as the VA, DOD, DHA and DHS.

The acquisition closed on April 7, 2023 and brings Presidio founder and CEO Gisela Plazas into NFP to expand the firm's specialized medical malpractice capabilities and strengthen its P&C presence in the Western United States.
