Frazier Healthcare Partners Acquires Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS)

Frazier Healthcare Partners has acquired Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS), a provider of pharmacy support services to hospitals and health systems, from NexPhase Capital / Moelis Capital Partners. The transaction was supported by a $270 million senior secured unitranche facility provided by the Antares–Bain Capital Credit joint offering to finance the deal.
