CPS Solutions Acquires Trellis Rx from Francisco Partners

CPS Solutions, LLC has acquired Trellis Rx from Francisco Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. Trellis Rx is a technology-enabled specialty pharmacy services provider that partners with health systems to build and operate hospital-based outpatient and retail specialty pharmacies; the deal closed June 1, 2022 and is intended to expand CPS's end-to-end inpatient, outpatient and specialty pharmacy capabilities.

Assured Healthcare Partners Acquires California Specialty Pharmacy

CSP, founded in 2008, serves over 10,000 patients and provides specialty pharmacy, infusion services and pharmacy benefit management to health plans and physician groups.

CareRx Acquires Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd.

CareRx Corporation entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd., a technology-enabled long-term care pharmacy serving about 725 residents in Ontario. The consideration includes C$2.2 million in CareRx common shares and a C$2.2 million vendor take-back note; CareRx expects the deal to close in May 2022 and to be immediately accretive to earnings while extending its technology and service capabilities for seniors' congregate care.
