Braxton, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, brings more than 370 employees and expands Parsons' capabilities in satellite operations, ground system automation, flight dynamics, and space cyber for defense and intelligence customers.

Parsons Corporation has acquired Altamira Technologies Corporation in a cash transaction of $330 million with an additional $45 million earn-out, valuing the deal at up to $375 million. The acquisition brings Altamira’s ~600 engineering and cleared workforce and advanced capabilities in signals intelligence, AI/ML analytics, missile warning and space mission support into Parsons’ Defense & Intelligence business to expand the company’s SIGINT, cyber and space offerings for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers.
