The deal strengthens Parsons' environmental remediation and PFAS-treatment capabilities, integrating TRS's thermal remediation technologies and PerfluorAd licensing into Parsons' Federal Solutions and Critical Infrastructure segments.

The deal expands Parsons' capabilities and customer access in critical infrastructure protection, C4ISR, cyber, biometrics and counter-UAS, and will integrate Xator into Parsons' engineered systems business unit; Xator has more than 900 employees and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia.

The acquisition expands Parsons' defensive cyber, AI/ML, edge computing, and critical infrastructure protection capabilities and brings nearly 150 SealingTech employees (70% with security clearances) into Parsons' Defense & Intelligence unit.

Parsons Acquires Chesapeake Technology International (CTI) for $89M

Parsons Corporation has acquired Maryland-based Chesapeake Technology International, Corp (CTI), a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners, in a transaction valued at $89 million. The acquisition adds CTI's electromagnetic-warfare and all-domain solutions and its ~225 employees to Parsons' Defense & Intelligence business, strengthening Parsons' capabilities for Special Operations and INDOPACOM customers and is expected to be accretive to revenue and adjusted EPS.

Parsons Corporation agreed to acquire BCC Engineering, a Trivest Partners portfolio company, in an all-cash transaction valued at $230 million (net transaction value $221 million, ~13.0x 2025e EBITDA). The acquisition expands Parsons' infrastructure and transportation engineering presence in the Southeastern United States — BCC will join Parsons' North America Infrastructure business unit and is expected to generate about $110 million revenue in 2025.
