Parsons Corporation completed the acquisition of Braxton Science & Technology Group for $300 million (reported as $258 million less the tax asset). Braxton, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, brings more than 370 employees and expands Parsons' capabilities in satellite operations, ground system automation, flight dynamics, and space cyber for defense and intelligence customers.
