Parsons Corporation acquired Columbia, Maryland-based Sealing Technologies, Inc. in a transaction valued at up to $200 million (including $175 million cash at closing and a $25 million earn-out). The acquisition expands Parsons' defensive cyber, AI/ML, edge computing, and critical infrastructure protection capabilities and brings nearly 150 SealingTech employees (70% with security clearances) into Parsons' Defense & Intelligence unit.
