Parsons Corporation Acquires Xator Corporation

Parsons Corporation has completed the acquisition of Xator Corporation in a transaction valued at approximately $400 million. The deal expands Parsons' capabilities and customer access in critical infrastructure protection, C4ISR, cyber, biometrics and counter-UAS, and will integrate Xator into Parsons' engineered systems business unit; Xator has more than 900 employees and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia.
