The acquisition expands Granicus' capabilities for government customers and follows a partial realization by Frontier Growth, which will retain an ownership position in Granicus; Shea & Company served as GovQA's financial advisor.

Granicus Acquires Indigov to Add Constituent Relationship Capabilities to Government Experience Cloud

The acquisition adds a universal inbox, intelligent case routing, automated responses and CDP-driven audience intelligence to Granicus’s platform to improve constituent engagement and government service delivery.

Granicus Acquires Simpleview

The deal expands Granicus's public-sector product capabilities and customer reach — combining Simpleview's destination-marketing platform and client base (1,000+ destinations) with Granicus's government engagement portfolio to serve more than 7,000 organizations worldwide.

Granicus Acquires SmartGov from Brightly Software (a Siemens company)

Granicus Purchases Accela Legislative Management Business (IQM2)
