1Password has acquired Trelica, a SaaS access management and shadow-IT discovery specialist, to accelerate capabilities in its Extended Access Management platform. Trelica's integrations and SaaS spend optimization tools will help 1Password discover and govern unmanaged apps, automate onboarding/offboarding, and strengthen compliance and cost controls for customers.
