Cedar Gate Technologies Acquires Citra Health Solutions

Cedar Gate Technologies, a GTCR-backed value-based care technology company, has acquired Citra Health Solutions, a healthcare technology platform that automates and manages capitated, value-based arrangements. The add-on expands Cedar Gate's capabilities across the value-based care continuum by adding Citra's EZ-SUITE capitation administration functionality to Cedar Gate's analytics and bundled-payment offerings. Great Point Partners (GPP) sold Citra; terms were not disclosed.
