Navisite has acquired Privo, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partner, to strengthen its AWS practice and expand managed cloud, migration, cost optimization and DevOps capabilities. The deal brings Privo's offices and certified AWS experts (Boston and San Francisco) into Navisite, which is a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners.
