CleanSpark Acquires GRIID Infrastructure Inc.

CleanSpark, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLSK) completed its acquisition of GRIID Infrastructure Inc. (Nasdaq: GRDI) on October 30, 2024, in an all-stock merger following approval by GRIID stockholders. The deal expands CleanSpark's Bitcoin mining footprint and power diversity, enabling planned growth to over 400 MW of mining capacity in Tennessee and adding GRIID's team and existing sites to CleanSpark's operations.

Honeywell Acquires Smart Energy Platforms from SparkMeter

Qualus Corporation Acquires GridBright

The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Qualus’ capabilities in grid modernization, resiliency, security, and renewable interconnection services; AEC Advisors advised Qualus and Capstone Partners advised GridBright.

Bidgely Acquires Grid4C

Cubic Corporation Acquires GRIDSMART Technologies

GRIDSMART, based in Knoxville, Tennessee, provides single-camera video detection and analytics and was expected to contribute about $35 million in revenue and $8 million of adjusted EBITDA for full-year 2019.
