LHC Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LHCG) agreed to purchase East Valley Hospice and East Valley Palliative Care in Mesa, Arizona, with the transaction expected to close January 1, 2021. The acquisition is expected to generate approximately $4.8 million of annualized revenue and expands LHC Group's in-home hospice and palliative capabilities in the Phoenix metro as part of its co-location growth strategy.
