Mission Healthcare Acquires Alliance Home Health & Hospice Care

Choice Health at Home Acquires Lumicare Hospice

The deal includes three hospice providers operating 10 locations (six in southwestern Idaho and four in central/eastern Oregon), is expected to close July 1, 2021, and is expected to generate approximately $20 million of annualized revenue.
