Bain Capital Private Equity Acquires Inetum S.A. from Mannai Corporation

Bain Capital Private Equity, together with NB Renaissance and the Inetum management team, has completed the acquisition of approximately 99% of Inetum S.A.'s share capital from Mannai Corporation QPSC. The buyout will support Inetum's UPSCALE25 strategic plan to accelerate growth and expand its IT services capabilities across Europe, Africa and Latin America.
