Performance Systems Integration (PSI), a Portland-based fire and life safety platform, has acquired FirePro LLC, a Bend, Oregon fire protection specialist, as an add-on to expand PSI’s service coverage in Oregon. FirePro will be integrated into PSI’s platform to broaden inspection, maintenance and suppression services for commercial customers in Bend and surrounding areas.

The acquisition expands Aerial's mission-critical safety product portfolio and intellectual property, with integration and post-close synergies already underway supported by Argosy's value-acceleration program.

Halma plc Acquires MK Test Systems from Synova
