Halma plc Acquires MK Test Systems from Synova

Halma plc has acquired MK Test Systems (MK Test) from private equity owner Synova in a reported £44 million deal. Synova said the sale delivers a 3x return after a decade of investment in product development, management and international expansion; MK Test is headquartered in Somerset, United Kingdom and serves aerospace, rail and electric-vehicle customers.
