US LBM has acquired Walker Lumber & Supply, a Nashville-based building products distributor founded in 1949. The acquisition gives US LBM its first Tennessee location and expands its presence in the Southeast; Walker Lumber's owners Ray Hayles and Scott McMillan will continue to run day-to-day operations. QS Capital Advisors served as Walker's exclusive financial advisor.

Gallant Capital Partners Acquires SupplyLogic WebbMason

Gallant Capital Partners has acquired SupplyLogic WebbMason (SLWM), a Kansas City–headquartered, tech-enabled marketing services provider formed in 2022 through the merger of SupplyLogic and WebbMason. Inverness Graham sold SLWM to Gallant (terms not disclosed); Gallant said it will support SLWM as a platform investment to accelerate organic growth, enhance capabilities, and pursue strategic acquisitions.

Watsco Acquires Gateway Supply Company

Watsco, Inc. completed the acquisition of Gateway Supply Company, a Columbia, South Carolina-based distributor of plumbing and HVAC products with approximately $180 million in annual sales and 16 locations across South Carolina and North Carolina. The transaction expands Watsco's footprint in core Sunbelt markets and brings Gateway into Watsco's technology and scale while Gateway's leadership (the Williams family) will continue to run the business.

SIGMA Acquires Masonry Supply, Inc.

Sigma Companies International Corp. (SIGMA), a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, has acquired Masonry Supply, Inc. (MSI), a Selma, North Carolina-based manufacturer of municipal waterworks castings and polymer enclosures. The deal expands SIGMA’s waterworks product portfolio and Southeast U.S. fulfillment capabilities, with MSI leadership (Jacob Nash) remaining in commercial leadership.

AHT Insurance Acquires Mason & Mason Insurance

AHT Insurance (Leesburg, Virginia) has acquired Mason & Mason Insurance, adding Mason's offices in Whitman, Massachusetts and North Conway, New Hampshire as AHT's eighth and ninth locations. Mason, a specialist property & casualty broker with strong practices serving technology, life-science/venture capital clients and custom home builders, will integrate its staff with AHT; founders Phil and Pam Mason became shareholders in AHT following the transaction.

Gryphon Investors Acquires Wittichen Supply Company

Gryphon Investors has acquired Wittichen Supply Company, a Birmingham, Alabama–headquartered wholesale distributor of HVAC/R equipment, parts and supplies with 25 locations across Alabama, Georgia and Florida. The acquisition (financial terms undisclosed) will serve as a platform for Gryphon's Heritage Fund to pursue further industry investments while management remains in place with Charles Herring named president.
