Vector Capital Acquires Host Analytics

Vector Capital, a private equity firm, completed its acquisition of Host Analytics Inc., a cloud-based enterprise performance management (EPM) software provider. In connection with the closing Vector named Ron Baden interim CEO and Dan Fletcher (of Vector) interim CFO while Host Analytics' CEO Dave Kellogg and CFO Ian Charles step down; Vector said it will support Host Analytics' growth organically and via acquisitions.
