Acute Behavioral Health, a PE-backed behavioral health platform, has completed the acquisition of Hallmark Youthcare — the largest short-term residential treatment program in Virginia — adding 82 inpatient PRTF beds. The deal was completed alongside co-sponsors and investors Elm Creek Partners, Petra Capital Partners, Harbert Credit Solutions and Granite Growth Health Partners as part of ABH's expansion in Virginia.
