Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has acquired Quebec-based sawmill Armand Duhamel & Fils Inc. for $19 million (up to $22 million subject to post-closing targets). The deal (funded with $3 million of EIC common shares and $16 million of cash) will fold Duhamel into EIC's Northern Mat platform to expand its Environmental Access Solutions presence in Quebec and Eastern Canada; co-owner Guillaume Gonthier will remain as President.

Namakor Holdings Acquires CMI Mulching Inc.

SMABTP Group Acquires 58.56% Stake in DUPI Group B.V.

Bain Capital to Acquire Namirial

Bain Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Namirial, the Senigallia, Italy–headquartered provider of digital transaction management software, from Italian private equity firm Ambienta. The investment aims to expand Namirial’s international reach, enhance product offerings (e-signature, digital identity and digital trust technologies) and pursue further M&A to consolidate its leadership; the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
