Odyssey Investment Partners portfolio company Applied Technical Services (ATS) completed three add-on acquisitions—Process Instruments LLC, Instrumentation Technical Services LLC, and Accu-Chek—to expand ATS' metrology, calibration and dimensional inspection capabilities across regulated end markets. The deals strengthen ATS' Testing, Inspection and Certification & Compliance (TICC) service lines and expand its footprint in life sciences, food, medical and aerospace markets as part of continued roll-up activity (22 acquisitions since Odyssey's investment).

Quantic Electronics Acquires BEI Precision

Aehr Test Systems Acquires Incal Technology

Aehr Test Systems has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire all outstanding capital stock of Incal Technology, Inc., a Fremont, California-based manufacturer of packaged-part reliability and burn-in test solutions. The $21 million transaction (approximately $14M cash and Aehr stock) expands Aehr's product portfolio with Incal's ultra-high-power packaged-part test capabilities, positioning Aehr to pursue growth in the AI, GPU and HPC semiconductor test market.
