AEA Investors and NB Private Equity Partners Acquire Monroe Engineering Group

ShoreView has sold Monroe Engineering Group, a Rochester Hills, Michigan-based supplier of custom and standard hardware for OEMs, to a consortium led by AEA Investors with participation from NB Private Equity Partners. ShoreView originally partnered with Monroe in 2017 to fund an aggressive add-on and organic growth strategy; the new private equity owners will continue to support the company’s platform growth and add-on strategy.
