Monroe Engineering Holdings Acquires Atlantic Teleconnect

Monroe Engineering Holdings, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Atlantic Teleconnect, a North Port, Florida-based value-added supplier of custom cable and wire-harness solutions. The add-on expands Monroe's aerospace capabilities and adds assembly capacity for custom harnesses, flat cables, multi-conductor cables, and fiber-optic connectors serving aerospace, defense, and healthcare OEMs.

Monroe Engineering Acquires Titan Wire & Cable

Monroe Engineering Group, a ShoreView-backed platform company, has acquired Titan Wire & Cable, a Sparks, Nevada-based supplier of cable, connectors and component solutions. The add-on expands Monroe’s product offering and end-market coverage (including solar, geothermal, wind, telecommunications and industrial markets) and is ShoreView’s sixth add-on to the Monroe platform since its 2017 investment.

AEA Investors and NB Private Equity Partners Acquire Monroe Engineering Group

ShoreView has sold Monroe Engineering Group, a Rochester Hills, Michigan-based supplier of custom and standard hardware for OEMs, to a consortium led by AEA Investors with participation from NB Private Equity Partners. ShoreView originally partnered with Monroe in 2017 to fund an aggressive add-on and organic growth strategy; the new private equity owners will continue to support the company’s platform growth and add-on strategy.
