Monroe Engineering Holdings, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Atlantic Teleconnect, a North Port, Florida-based value-added supplier of custom cable and wire-harness solutions. The add-on expands Monroe's aerospace capabilities and adds assembly capacity for custom harnesses, flat cables, multi-conductor cables, and fiber-optic connectors serving aerospace, defense, and healthcare OEMs.

AEA Investors and NB Private Equity Partners Acquire Monroe Engineering Group

The deal brings CableMaster into Tide Rock's manufacturing and distribution platform to expand its electro-mechanical capabilities and OEM distribution channels.
