Elastic Acquires Jina AI

The deal strengthens Elastic's capabilities in vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and context engineering, and brings Jina's models and research into Elastic's Search AI Platform and Elastic Inference Service on Elastic Cloud.

Pendo Acquires Zelta AI to Accelerate AI-Powered Customer Intelligence
