AppLovin Acquires Twitter's MoPub Business

AppLovin Corporation completed the acquisition of Twitter, Inc.'s MoPub business for $1.05 billion in cash. The deal combines MoPub's mobile ad-exchange features with AppLovin's MAX platform to create a unified in-app monetization solution and accelerate advertiser spend on the combined platform.
