BrightView Acquires West Bay Landscape

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) has acquired West Bay Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance firm based in Bradenton, Florida; terms were not disclosed. BrightView said the acquisition strengthens its landscape maintenance operations in Central Florida and will let West Bay leverage BrightView's resources, processes and systems to expand service levels in the market.

BrightView Acquires Benchmark Landscapes, LLC

BrightView Acquires Performance Landscapes

BrightView Holdings, Inc. has acquired Performance Landscapes, a Honolulu-based commercial landscaping company. Performance Landscapes — which has more than 100 employees and provides landscape maintenance, irrigation, installation, arbor care and pest control — will be integrated into BrightView's Hawaii operations with the founders and senior leadership remaining to guide the transition. The acquisition expands BrightView's maintenance capabilities in Hawaii alongside its existing Development Services business.
