BrightView Acquires SGS Hawaii

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) has acquired SGS Hawaii, a Wailuku-based commercial landscaping company with operations on Maui, the Big Island and Kauai. SGS Hawaii, founded in 1995 with more than 100 landscape professionals and a predominantly electric fleet, will expand BrightView's presence in Hawaii and strengthen its resort/hospitality landscaping capabilities.

BrightView Acquires West Bay Landscape

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) has acquired West Bay Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance firm based in Bradenton, Florida; terms were not disclosed. BrightView said the acquisition strengthens its landscape maintenance operations in Central Florida and will let West Bay leverage BrightView's resources, processes and systems to expand service levels in the market.

BrightView Acquires Performance Landscapes

BrightView Holdings, Inc. has acquired Performance Landscapes, a Honolulu-based commercial landscaping company. Performance Landscapes — which has more than 100 employees and provides landscape maintenance, irrigation, installation, arbor care and pest control — will be integrated into BrightView's Hawaii operations with the founders and senior leadership remaining to guide the transition. The acquisition expands BrightView's maintenance capabilities in Hawaii alongside its existing Development Services business.

BrightView Holdings Acquires Intermountain Plantings

BrightView Holdings, Inc. has acquired Intermountain Plantings, LLC, a commercial landscaping company headquartered in Salt Lake City. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands BrightView's maintenance and development operations in the Mountain West and brings more than 340 Intermountain employees and branches in the Salt Lake City and Boise areas into BrightView's platform.

BrightView Acquires Signature Coast Holdings, LLC

Signature Coast operates nine locations across California and Nevada with approximately 600 employees and will be integrated into BrightView while Signature Coast's CEO Kelly Solomon and senior leadership remain to guide the transition; terms were not disclosed.

BrightView Acquires NatureScape
