Jushi Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of Nevada-based NuLeaf, Inc., purchasing its retail dispensaries, a 27,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility and a 13,000 sq. ft. processing facility for up to US$53.6 million. The deal expands Jushi's Nevada retail footprint to four dispensaries and strengthens its cultivation and manufacturing capabilities in the state.

Jushi Holdings Acquires 80% of Agape Total Health Care Inc.

Jushi Holdings Inc. acquired an 80% economic and voting interest in Agape Total Health Care Inc., a Pennsylvania medical marijuana dispensary permit holder. The acquisition gives Jushi the rights to operate three planned dispensaries in the Philadelphia region, Reading and Pottsville and expands Jushi's permitted retail footprint in Pennsylvania.

Ascend Wellness Holdings Acquires Ohio Cannabis Company (Coshocton Dispensary)

Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Ohio Cannabis Clinic, LLC (d/b/a Ohio Cannabis Company) and its licensed medical cannabis dispensary in Coshocton, Ohio. The deal expands AWH's Ohio retail footprint (its second dispensary in the state) as the company plans to migrate acquired brands to the Ascend banner and continue growing in the state.

GrowGeneration Corp. Acquires HGS Hydro

GrowGeneration Corp. signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire HGS Hydro, the third-largest chain of hydroponic garden centers in the U.S., adding six existing Michigan stores (with a seventh opening soon). The acquisition will increase GrowGeneration's Michigan footprint and bring its total store count to 65, and is expected to close before GrowGeneration's fiscal year-end 2021.

GrowGeneration Acquires Assets of H2O Hydroponics (Lansing, MI)

GrowGeneration Corp. purchased substantially all assets of H2O Hydroponics, LLC to open a new 15,000 sq. ft. super hydroponic garden center in Lansing, Michigan that will operate as a retail/commercial location and fulfillment center. The acquisition expands GrowGeneration’s Michigan footprint and supply-chain capabilities; management expects the consolidated Lansing location to generate over $7.0 million in sales (H2O reported ~ $4.0 million in 2019).

GrowGeneration Corp. completed the acquisition of The GrowBiz, a five-store chain of hydroponic garden centers operating in California and Oregon. The deal expands GrowGeneration’s retail footprint to 36 stores, adds approximately $50 million in annual revenue and additional experienced personnel to the company’s operations.
