Jushi Holdings Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire OhiGrow, LLC and Ohio Green Grow LLC, two licensed Ohio cultivators, for $5.0 million in cash. The acquisition (subject to regulatory approvals) gives Jushi a ~10,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility in Toledo to supply biomass to its Ohio processing operations and advance vertical integration in the Ohio medical cannabis market.

Neptune Wellness Solutions Acquires SugarLeaf Labs and Forest Remedies

Neptune Wellness Solutions Inc. completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of SugarLeaf Labs, LLC and Forest Remedies LLC, expanding Neptune's U.S. hemp extraction and finished-product manufacturing capacity. The initial consideration was US$18 million (US$12M cash and US$6M common shares) with potential earnouts up to US$132 million tied to performance; the deal adds a 24,000 sq. ft. North Carolina facility and expected extraction run-rate capacity to Neptune's North American platform.

High Tide Inc. Acquires 80% of NuLeaf Naturals

The deal strengthens High Tide's vertical integration and global CBD capabilities by adding NuLeaf's cGMP-certified manufacturing, vegan softgel technology and D2C e-commerce distribution.

LeafLink Acquires Leaf Trade

nuEra Cannabis Acquires Ieso Cultivation Facility

nuEra Cannabis, a family-owned Illinois cannabis retailer, has acquired Ieso, an original Illinois cultivation licensee, adding an 85,000 sq. ft. cultivation and processing facility in Murphysboro, Illinois. The deal vertically integrates nuEra by bringing cultivation, hydrocarbon extraction and a commercial kitchen in-house to support wholesale and retail expansion across the state.
