Siemens Digital Industries Software Acquires Avery Design Systems

Siemens Digital Industries Software has signed an agreement to acquire Avery Design Systems, a simulation-independent verification IP supplier headquartered in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The deal (closed April 7, 2025) strengthens Siemens' PCB design-to-manufacturing workflow and expands its footprint in the electronics SMB market; terms were not disclosed.
