Yardi acquired and redesigned 42Floors.com, a commercial real‑estate listing and search platform, and integrated it into its CommercialEdge marketplace network. The move brings more than 320,000 nationwide listings into Yardi’s CommercialEdge ecosystem to expand listings, drive leads and enhance its CRE data and marketing capabilities. The site was purchased from Roni Mova of United Group.
