Yardi acquired and redesigned 42Floors.com, a commercial real‑estate listing and search platform, and integrated it into its CommercialEdge marketplace network. The move brings more than 320,000 nationwide listings into Yardi’s CommercialEdge ecosystem to expand listings, drive leads and enhance its CRE data and marketing capabilities. The site was purchased from Roni Mova of United Group.

SightPlan Acquires InfoTycoon

SightPlan, a multifamily service management software provider, has acquired InfoTycoon, a digital due diligence and inspections specialist for multifamily real estate. The acquisition will integrate InfoTycoon's due diligence and inspection capabilities into SightPlan's service platform to expand lifecycle and transaction support for multifamily owners and operators.

Yardi Acquires CommissionTrac

Morningstar Acquires PlanPlus Global

Morningstar, Inc. has agreed to acquire PlanPlus Global, a Toronto-based financial-planning and risk-profiling software provider. The deal (terms undisclosed) is intended to expand Morningstar's financial-planning capabilities and integrate PlanPlus's FinaMetrica Profiler and ProPlanner products into Morningstar's advisor-facing offerings; the transaction was expected to close in the second quarter of 2020.

Advantive Acquires Proplanner

Advantive, a mission-critical software provider for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses, has acquired Proplanner, a provider of assembly-focused Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The acquisition adds Proplanner’s Assembly Planner, Shop Floor MES, and Flow Planner capabilities to Advantive’s ERP, MES and SPC portfolio to strengthen its assembly-focused manufacturing solutions and improve shop-floor planning, work-instruction generation, and traceability for customers across aerospace, automotive and heavy manufacturing.

SmartRent Acquires SightPlan

SmartRent, Inc. (NYSE: SMRT) acquired SightPlan, Inc., a vertical SaaS provider for multifamily property operations, for approximately $135 million in cash. The acquisition, completed March 22, 2022, expands SmartRent's cloud-based property and resident management capabilities and is expected to add roughly $10 million of SaaS revenue in 2022.
