SmartRent, Inc. (NYSE: SMRT) acquired SightPlan, Inc., a vertical SaaS provider for multifamily property operations, for approximately $135 million in cash. The acquisition, completed March 22, 2022, expands SmartRent's cloud-based property and resident management capabilities and is expected to add roughly $10 million of SaaS revenue in 2022.
