SmartRent, Inc. (NYSE: SMRT) acquired SightPlan, Inc., a vertical SaaS provider for multifamily property operations, for approximately $135 million in cash. The acquisition, completed March 22, 2022, expands SmartRent's cloud-based property and resident management capabilities and is expected to add roughly $10 million of SaaS revenue in 2022.

iQSTEL Acquires 51% Stake in Smartbiz Telecom

iQSTEL, Inc. acquired a 51% interest in Smartbiz Telecom LLC in a deal consisting of $800,000 cash and $1,000,000 in restricted iQSTEL common stock. The acquisition gives iQSTEL a US foothold and access to Smartbiz's US voice termination, sales infrastructure and SMS capabilities; Smartbiz is expected to contribute to iQSTEL's topline and a projected $0.5M net income for FY2022.

Quext Acquires Homebase

Sinch AB Acquires Inteliquent for U.S. Voice Leadership

Sinch AB agreed to acquire Inteliquent, the largest independent U.S. voice communications provider, for $1.14 billion in cash to broaden its CPaaS offering and establish leadership in U.S. voice. The acquisition gives Sinch Inteliquent's carrier-grade network, extensive phone-number inventory and voice APIs; closing is subject to customary regulatory approvals including CFIUS and FCC and was expected in H2 2021.

Entrata Acquires Rent Dynamics

Entrata, a multifamily property management operating system, acquired 100% of the equity in Rent Dynamics to integrate RentPlus rent-reporting and resident financial tools into Entrata’s platform. The deal expands Entrata’s resident services capabilities to help renters build credit and provides additional retention and revenue tools for property managers; financial terms were not disclosed.

View, Inc. Acquires IoTium
