Inframark, a water and wastewater operations company backed by New Mountain Capital, has acquired MR Systems, a provider of automation and cybersecurity solutions for municipal water and wastewater facilities. The acquisition expands Inframark's automation, SCADA and cybersecurity capabilities and brings MR Systems' skilled workforce and Eastern U.S. footprint into Inframark's platform.
