WTRBox, LLC, an industrial water treatment finance and operations platform, has acquired J. Mark Systems, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based industrial water treatment solutions company founded in 1984. Calder Capital represented J. Mark Systems and the deal enables WTRBox to expand its operational and installation capabilities while providing an ownership transition for founder and CEO Mark Zeilbeck.
