The deal brings Symbol's local community relationships and client base into Grossman's broader suite of design, printing, logistics and experiential marketing services.

Grossman Marketing Group, a fourth-generation, family-owned marketing and promotional products company based in Woburn, Massachusetts, has acquired Sarasota, Florida-based Links Marketing Group from founder Kent Kleist, who is retiring. The deal expands Grossman's service offerings and its regional footprint in Florida, bringing Links' clients and capabilities into Grossman's national platform.

Grossman Marketing Group, a fourth-generation family-owned global print management and brand marketing firm based in Somerville, Massachusetts, has acquired PCI Creative Group, a Stamford, Connecticut-based cross-media marketing and creative services firm. The acquisition expands Grossman's service portfolio and client base; PCI's employees were retained and several PCI partners will assist with the transition.

Michelin Acquires Cooley Group

Michelin has completed the acquisition of Cooley Group, a Rhode Island–headquartered designer and manufacturer of high-performance polymer coated fabrics, for an undisclosed sum financed from available cash. Cooley, which has about 300 employees, four North American factories and reported $168 million in 2025 revenue, will expand Michelin's capabilities in industrial coated fabrics and complementary geographies.

G&S Business Communications Acquires MorganMyers

G&S Business Communications has acquired marketing and communications agency MorganMyers to strengthen its agribusiness marketing capabilities and expand its roster of CPG brands. The deal adds about $5 million of revenue to G&S and creates the G&S Integrated Marketing Communications Group, with the combined organization employing more than 165 people and generating over $33 million in annual revenue.

J.H. Whitney Capital Partners Acquires Cooley Group

J.H. Whitney Capital Partners acquired Cooley Group from the Siener family in a take-private buyout; Alantra acted as advisor. Following the transaction, Cooley — now PE-backed — completed an add-on acquisition of Vintex Inc., expanding its coated-textiles and medical/industrial solutions footprint.
