Trachte Building Systems Acquires Roof Mart LLC

Trachte Building Systems, an employee-owned manufacturer of pre-engineered steel structures based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, has acquired Roof Mart LLC, a Vernon, Alabama-based designer and manufacturer of metal roofing systems and wall panels. The acquisition gives Trachte a manufacturing facility in the Southeastern U.S., expands its fabrication capabilities, and broadens its access to new customers and end markets.

Mako Steel (New State Capital) Acquires Majority Stake in Rabco Enterprises

New State Capital Partners and its portfolio company Mako Steel acquired a majority stake in Rabco Enterprises, a Winter Garden, Florida-based provider of self-storage metal building systems and engineering services. The deal combines Mako and Rabco into a nationwide self-storage building solutions platform; Rabco's executive team will retain a stake and the company's owners will remain in advisory roles. Terms were not disclosed.

Palladium Equity Partners Acquires Trachte USA

Palladium Equity Partners acquired a majority equity interest in Trachte USA from MPE Partners, with members of the Trachte family and management remaining as investors. Trachte is a U.S.-based manufacturer of prefabricated control and protection buildings serving electric utilities, renewable energy, data centers and other industrial end markets; the company has approximately 200 employees and manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin and Georgia.

nVent Acquires Trachte from Palladium for $695 Million

nVent Electric plc has acquired the parent of Trachte, LLC for $695 million, subject to customary adjustments. Trachte, a manufacturer of custom-engineered control buildings headquartered in Wisconsin with more than 500 employees and estimated 2024 revenue of ~$250 million, will be operated within nVent's Enclosures segment to expand its systems protection and enclosures capabilities across utilities, data centers and renewables.

Tecta America Acquires Tuscano-Maher Roofing

Tecta America Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, has acquired Tuscano-Maher Roofing (TMR), a Saltsburg, Pennsylvania-based commercial roofing and sheetmetal contractor. TMR will operate as "Tuscano-Maher Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC," with existing leadership (Mike Maher, Marty Nalevanko, Joe Slapinski) remaining in their current roles to support continued service to local municipalities, property owners and managers.

Trachte, LLC Acquires Parkline, Inc. from Summit Park (with Palladium Support)

Trachte, LLC has acquired Parkline, Inc., a manufacturer of custom engineered modular metal buildings headquartered in Eleanor, West Virginia. The acquisition is supported by Palladium Equity Partners (Trachte's sponsor) and represents an add-on to Trachte's platform, combining manufacturing capacity and expanding capabilities across data center, energy, utility and industrial end markets. Summit Park sold Parkline and will roll equity into the transaction.
