Mako Steel (New State Capital) Acquires Majority Stake in Rabco Enterprises

New State Capital Partners and its portfolio company Mako Steel acquired a majority stake in Rabco Enterprises, a Winter Garden, Florida-based provider of self-storage metal building systems and engineering services. The deal combines Mako and Rabco into a nationwide self-storage building solutions platform; Rabco's executive team will retain a stake and the company's owners will remain in advisory roles. Terms were not disclosed.
