Riverview Landscapes Acquires Irrigation and Landscape Management's Landscaping and Snow Business

Riverview Landscapes acquired the landscaping and snow management business of Irrigation and Landscape Management, Inc. (ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.

Parkson Corporation Acquires Assets of Schreiber LLC

Parkson Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axel Johnson Inc., has acquired the assets of Schreiber LLC of Trussville, Alabama. The deal augments Parkson's wastewater product portfolio (pumps, headworks, biological and filtration technologies) and expands its aftermarket parts and services presence with a second dedicated facility in the U.S. Southeast.

The acquisition expands OLS's footprint into New England, strengthens sales and distribution capabilities for Landscapers Depot, and provides growth opportunities for the target's employees and customers; owners Tom and Kellie Greer partnered with OLS in the transaction.

United Land Services Acquires Four Landscaping-Related Businesses

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners Acquires Tri Scapes

Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm, has acquired Tri Scapes LLC, a commercial landscaping company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. The founders Quinn and Rebecca Martin remain invested and active in the business; Hidden Harbor said it will support Tri Scapes' continued growth. Terms were not disclosed and the deal closed on July 12, 2024.
